Hours, Directions and Contact Information

The RPAS is located at 301 J. Rogers Lane, off Redwood Drive in Rohnert Park. It is just south of the Press Democrat building.

Closed Mondays and Tuesdays (lost animals are still redeemed).
After hours - Please do not abandon pets on our property - it is neither safe nor humane!

If you have found a stray animal within the city limits of Rohnert Park or Cotati, you can either hold onto the animal until the shelter reopens, or if this is not possible, contact the Rohnert Park Police at 584-2600 for assistance. Please note that emergency calls are given priority, and be patient.

If the animal you found is sick or injured, you can take it to the 24-hour Animal Care Center located at 6620 Redwood Drive, just past the Best Western Inn on the south side of the Expressway.

If the animal was found outside the city limits of Rohnert Park or Cotati,  you need to contact the appropriate agency for instructions. Please click here to see a list of other animal shelters in the area.
